Join our Dirt School Club every Wednesday at Giba Gorge for rides and working on skills.
All ages are welcome as long as they are able to ride a bike properly.
What you need:
*Mountain bike in good working order.
*Helmet
*Water
*Closed FLAT shoes and pedals
*No cleats

Why Flats?
During these sessions, we will be working on the correct technique. Using flat pedals to practice these skills will refine those skills by not being mechanically connected to the bike. You need to do it correctly to keep your feet and body connected to the bike.
Thereby transferring those skills to your cleats when needed.
